Within an hour of making the request to 316 Garage Door Services (recommended by Home Depot) Ivan had called and a few hours later the garage seal was done along with a garage door service. Ivan knew exactly what the issue was and adjusted the garage door so that it sealed properly. Now I have peace of mind that no rodents are sneaking in from the door!
