Lift Master Opener
Ultra quiet, 3/4 Belt Driven DC Motor. Comes with; a camera, a backup battery, 2 remotes and a keypad. It includes a lifetime warranty on the belt and the motor with 5 years warranty on the electronics. If your motor isn’t working or you hear a buzzing sound when you push on the wall button/console, it is most likely time to change your motor.
Broken Spring Replacement
We are experts in the repair of all different kinds of residential garage door springs. Springs can vary depending on a bunch of different including the doors design. Springs are high in tension and are extremely DANGEROUS, so leave it to the professionals!
Broken Hinge Replacement
We repair different kinds of hinges except on doors that are discontinued. Hinges vary depending on the design/manufacturer of the door. If you see a crack or a snapped hinge it is time to replace it, because they bind the garage door sections together and if not replaced can cause the door to not function properly.
Gear and sprocket Replacement
We repair different brands of openers gear and sprockets including; Lift Master, Chamberlain, Craftsman and Genie. If you hear the sound of the belt or chain of the motor moving but it is not lifting or closing the garage door, that is because your gear has either worn out or your sprocket is broken.
Safety Sensors/Photo Eye Replacement
We replace faulty safety sensors/photo eyes. We also troubleshoot any problems happening due to doors not closing because of the sensors.
Cable Replacement
We replace cables when they are frayed or broken. So if you see any fraying in your garage door cable it is recommended to replace them before they snap, as they are there to help level the door.
Roller Replacement
Do you have metal rollers? Are your rollers squeaky or noisy? The rollers are most likely worn out or they are missing ball bearings. We offer brand new nylon rollers that are quiet compared to your metal rollers.
