Our Work

Garage door repair & installation gallery.

A garage door is not something most people shop for often, so it helps to see what the work actually looks like. These are real jobs from Langley and around the Lower Mainland: broken springs swapped out, openers installed and set up, tracks and rollers fine-tuned, and complete new doors fitted. Every one of these doors was left balanced, tested and ready to use.

What You Are Looking At

What goes into a job like these.

Every photo above is the last step. Most of the work happens before the camera comes out.

When we arrive, we check the door before we touch it: springs, cables, tracks, rollers, hinges, the opener and the safety sensors. That tells us the real cause, which is not always the part that looks broken. A door that will not open is usually a spring, but it can also be a stripped opener gear, a snapped cable, a roller off the track or a safety sensor that has drifted.

Once we know the fault, you get the price, and nothing starts until you approve it. After the repair we balance the door, check the travel limits and test the safety reverse, so it opens smoothly and stops when it should. If we can show you what we found along the way, we will.
