Emergency commercial repair
A door stuck open overnight or jammed shut on a delivery morning cannot wait, so we answer commercial calls around the clock. We secure the building first, then fix the door. If a part has to be ordered, we make the opening safe and locked down in the meantime.
Spring and cable repair
Commercial doors are heavier and cycle many more times a day, so their springs wear out faster. We replace torsion and extension springs and can fit high-cycle springs where the usage justifies them. Spring work carries a one-year warranty. This is not a job for in-house staff to attempt, because the stored tension is dangerous.
Opener repair and installation
We repair and install commercial-grade openers, including LiftMaster and myQ models, along with keypads, remotes and safety sensors. If your opener is noisy, stopping halfway or ignoring remotes, we will tell you honestly whether it is a repair or a replacement.
Installation and replacement
Sometimes a new door is the right call. We install commercial sectional doors, insulated steel doors and rolling steel doors for warehouses, auto shops, dealerships, strata parkades, restaurants and loading docks. See commercial garage door installation.
Maintenance and inspection
A scheduled tune-up costs less than an emergency call. We check springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges, the opener and the sensors, then lubricate and adjust what needs it. For businesses that rely on their doors every day, we can set up a regular visit so problems get caught before they shut you down.
