New installation
Building out a new unit, adding a loading bay or converting space? We handle it end to end: measuring the opening, supplying the door, setting the tracks and springs, mounting the opener and testing the whole system before we leave.
Sectional doors
The most common choice for warehouses, shops and service bays. They open vertically and sit against the ceiling, so they take up very little interior room and keep the apron outside clear.
Insulated doors
If your bay is heated or you store temperature-sensitive stock, insulation matters on a cold Fraser Valley morning. Insulated panels are also quieter and stand up better to carts and forklifts.
Steel, aluminum and glass
- Steel is strong, secure and cost-effective, a good default for docks and industrial units.
- Aluminum and glass suit restaurants, dealerships, retail fronts and showrooms where daylight and visibility matter.
Rolling steel and roll-up doors
These coil above the opening, which suits tight spaces and high-security applications. Common on storage units, service entrances and buildings with limited headroom.
Replacement
Replacing a worn or damaged door is often smarter than paying for the same repair twice. We remove the old door, check the opening and framing, and install the new door and hardware so it runs properly from day one. Not sure whether to repair or replace? We will tell you honestly. Our habit is to diagnose the real cause rather than swap parts until the door moves.
